I can count on three things happening around June 1st, 1- My yearly sinus infection 2- I come face to face with what a pack rat I am as room clean up begins 3- My students check out.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep kids motivated during the last two weeks of school?
This looks very nice for older children I bet they will have a lot of fun with it.
ReplyDeleteOnce the clean up starts, it seems impossible to keep students engaged. We make our students clean up their own rooms. They scrub and clean everything. We do "buddy" (upper grades getting together with the younger grades) activities of reading, puzzles, games etc. We are testing interactive white boards (yes a little behind the times) and we played games using the response system. Good Luck! You can do what I did and come down with a flu bug and have to call in sick!
